Includes documentation about the Glenbrook Inn, Glenbrook Company, Carson and Tahoe Lumber and Fluming Company, property sold to George Whittell, early subdivisions at Tahoe City, rail route of the Tahoe Railway and Transportation Co. along the Truckee River, and photos and specifications for the steamers SS Meteor and SS Tahoe.
